QUORIDOR ONLINE

What Is Quoridor?

Quoridor is an abstract strategy puzzle board game designed by Mirko Marchesi. Two or four players compete on a 9×9 grid, each trying to reach the opposite side. The twist: on your turn, you can either move your pawn or place a wall to block opponents. Each player has a limited number of walls, making every placement a critical tactical puzzle to solve.

WolfSheep brings this elegant concept online with real-time multiplayer, matchmaking, ELO rating, and a unique asymmetric twist — one player is the Wolf who must catch, the other is the Sheep who must escape.

Pro Tips for Quoridor Strategy

• Don't waste walls early — Save them for critical moments when your opponent is close to their goal.
• Control the center — The middle of the board gives you the most options for movement and wall placement.
• Think ahead — Every wall you place also shapes your own path. Don't trap yourself.
• Jump when you can — If you're face-to-face with your opponent, jumping over them is often the best move.
• Practice vs Bot — Use the AI bot mode to experiment with different wall strategies without pressure.
