📋 How to Request Account Deletion
1 Sign In to Your Account
Go to the Profile page and sign in with your Google account or username/password. You must be authenticated to request deletion — this ensures that only you can delete your own data.
2 Submit a Deletion Request
Use the form at the bottom of this page to submit a deletion request. Optionally tell us why you are leaving — your feedback helps us improve the game.
3 Send an Email (Alternative Method)
If you cannot sign in (e.g., you lost access to your account), send an email to shutakswm@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request — WolfSheep". Include as much identifying information as possible:
- Your in-game nickname
- Your approximate ELO rating
- The email address associated with your Google account (if you used Google sign-in)
- The approximate date you created the account
4 Confirmation & Processing
Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email (if an email is associated with your account).

⏱ Data Retention Periods
- Active accounts: Data is retained as long as your account exists.
- After deletion request: Account is removed from the database within 7 business days.
- Server logs: Connection timestamps and IP addresses are automatically rotated and purged within 30 days.
- Analytics (Umami): Fully anonymized, no personal data is collected. No cookies are used.
